We provide products and services in the fields of thermal insulation, dash cameras, and car accessories. We serve our customers within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, and the Middle East, and may expand in the future depending on service availability. 2. Order Policy Orders will be processed during official working hours. Ensure the accuracy of the entered data when ordering (name, address, phone number). The website management reserves the right to cancel or reject any order if there is incorrect information or suspicion of misuse. 3. Payment We offer several payment options including electronic payment, cash on delivery (at branches), bank transfer, and Tapy. All prices include VAT. Any amounts paid are binding after order confirmation and can only be refunded according to the return policy. 4. Shipping and Delivery Policy Orders are shipped within 1 to 5 working days inside the Kingdom. Delivery is carried out through trusted partners, and the duration may vary depending on the area and the service (fast shipping, regular shipping). Shipping fees vary depending on the size of the order and the geographical area. 5. Return and Exchange Policy Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt provided that: the product is in its original condition and unused. The customer retains the purchase invoice. Non-returnable are special or custom-made products (such as custom thermal insulation or assembled products). JU Shop bears the shipping costs if the reason is due to JU (such as incorrect or damaged product), while the customer bears the shipping costs if they change their mind. 6. Warranty Some products include a specific warranty explained on the product page. JU Premium Insulation warranty includes a money-back guarantee for 10 years if the insulation ratios or the insulation quality decrease over time. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or incorrect installation by the customer. Installation warranty at branches covers 7 days in case of poor installation. 7. Data Protection We are committed to protecting customer data and not sharing it with any third party except in accordance with the data protection regulations approved in the Kingdom. Customer data may be used for service improvement or marketing purposes with prior permission. 8. Liability Limits We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or products unless there is proven gross negligence on our part. The customer is responsible for ensuring the compatibility of the products with their vehicle or needs before purchase. 9. Amendments to the Terms JU Shop reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The modification takes effect immediately upon posting on the website, and the customer is responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. 10. Law and Jurisdiction These terms are subject to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In case of any dispute, the jurisdiction is the courts of the Kingdom.
